WEST MALLING

Works are currently underway in West Malling for our client Keady Construction. This is a retirement village consisting of a 140 home development with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom flats in low-rise blocks and terraced cottages. We will be delivering a Radmat hotmelt system with green roofing finishes – a modern, sustainable solution that aids the overall quality and environmental goals of the project. Expected completion of this job is December 2025.
