CHATHAM WATERFRONT

Chatham Waterfront is part of the current ongoing regeneration project in Chatham. These works compromise of 175 apartments across 5 blocks. We have been appointed by Medway Council as the Roofing Contractor.

This project consists of installing a single ply warm roof system across 5 blocks to all roof areas. CRF will also be installing cold applied liquid as weatherproofing to all terraces and balcony areas. This will then be finished with porcelain tiles.
